Removal, installation and window adjustment

To have possibility of moving of a window of a door at the removed lateral safety cushion, it is necessary to disconnect quickly a negative cable (-) the storage battery. Thereof in memory of malfunctions the corresponding record is made. After completion of work it is recommended to clear memory thereby to provide normal work of a safety cushion. Address to the Section Diagnostics of malfunctions. Work it is desirable to lead HUNDRED in conditions.

REMOVAL

1 Remove a level of mine of glass-1-. For this purpose protect a sticky tape-2 - a paint and varnish covering under a level. Squeeze out a level a plastic wedge - 3-up from window mine. Thus, as is shown in an illustration, begin behind. In a forward part extend a level under a mirror.

2 Remove facing of a door and uncover doors in a back part, address to appropriate section.

3 Open a window till the size A = 140 mm.

4 Turn out a bolt-1-back fastenings.

5 Turn out a bolt-2-forward fastenings.
6 Turn glass forward and take out from window mine.

INSTALLATION

7 Insert glass from above into mine of a window and fix at a window regulator screws-1-and-2-.
8 If the old window is established, check ease of its course moving up and down. If necessary adjust.

ADJUSTMENT FLEW DOWN

9 Disconnect the back tire of a window regulator-1-. For this purpose weaken fastening of nuts-2-and-3-, without turning on them. Previously remove hermetic from a nut-3-.

10 Move glass with a window regulator completely up.
11 Tighten nuts-2-and-3-.
12 Several times move glass up and down, having checked ease of its course. If necessary repeat adjustment.
13 Establish into place facing, address to appropriate section.
14 Establish an external level of mine of a window regulator. That the level slid better, it is recommended to grease it with soap solution, for example, means for ware washing. Insert a level in front under a mirror, then gradually press below into mine.
