Front bumper

The front bumper is executed in such a manner that it maintains without damages a head-on collision at speed to 4 km/h. Thus energy of blow is perceived through the aluminum beam which was inside and two hydraulic shock-absorbers. Shock-absorbers fasten to two easily replaced being deformed elements, so-called shock boxes. At speed to 15 km/h energy of blow is perceived by deformation of shock-absorbers and shock boxes in such a manner that damage of a beam of fastening of the engine is excluded.


1 Unscrew bolts of fastening-2-peaks of an arch of a wheel-1-.

Turn out an additional bolt in a forward part from below. The bolt on an illustration is not shown.

2 Disconnect and remove a forward peak of an arch of a wheel.

3 Unscrew bolts of fastening-3-bumpers-1-to shock-absorbers from below through two openings-2-. 4–registration plate, 5 – a fog light. The otvorachivaniye needs Torx head, for example, HEZET-880-Mlg-Torx-E2 with the HAZET-8822-10 extension piece and if necessary a tetrahedral adapter 958-2 with 5/8 on 1/2 inches.

4 pull a bumper and расстыкуйте shtekerny connections of sound signals at the left and on the right A little.
5 Rasstykuytes shtekerny connections of fog lights if they are available.
6 Take out a bumper forward by means of the assistant.


7 if necessary complete a bumper.
8 If it is necessary, put on covers shock-absorbers. The cover often at removal remains in shock-absorber fastening.
9 Establish by means of the assistant a bumper horizontally. Join shtekerny connections of sound signals and/or fog lights.
10 Insert a bumper in lateral directing and press back.
11 Expose a bumper in parallel to a body and fix the moment of 40 N • m.

12 Distance between a bumper and a body should make And = 5 ± 1 mm. Otherwise remove a bumper and adjust bumper height at shock-absorbers.

13 Height of a bumper is regulated by rotation of plastic inserts with an internal shestigrannik - 5-in shock-absorbers-1-. 2–nuts, 3 – nuts, 4 – connectors.
14 Insert forward peaks of arches of wheels and fix them bolts.
