Trunk lid adjustment

As the trunk lid is driven and fastens in an unpainted body, owing to the subsequent shift of a cowl its unpainted surfaces can be bared.

1 Weaken screws of fastening of the lock of a trunk lid.
2 Turn out an emphasis.

Protect a trunk lid from casual falling after removal of a gas-filled emphasis, for example, having asked it to take the assistant.

3 Remove a gas-filled emphasis, address to appropriate section.

Gas-filled emphasis is under loading.

4 Weaken at the left and on the right screws-2-and-3-. 1–a loop level, 4 – a gas-filled emphasis.

5 Weaken a locking level-1-so that it could be shifted sideways and on height. Previously take out covers of screws-1-of a peak of the back panel.

On an illustration the locking level is shown at the removed peak of the back panel.

6 Carefully close a trunk lid and displace sideways so that the gap in relation to wings at the left and on the right was identical and parallel (the admission of ± 1 mm).
7 Carefully open a trunk lid.
8 Fix a locking level.
9 Close a trunk lid and check adjustment, if necessary repeat it.
10 Open a cover.
11 Check existence of damages ползунов-2-locking plates, if necessary replace.
12 Close a trunk lid.
13 Check trunk lid height in relation to wings. The cover should be aflush to wings (the admission of ± 1 mm).
14 If the cover is not located aflush. Measure excess and lower below a locking level.
15 Check adjustment.
16 Open a trunk lid.
17 Screw an emphasis so that the closed trunk lid at the left and on the right lay on an emphasis.

The trunk lid should not be above wings, otherwise there is a cover deformation on height.
