Check of level of oil in a manual box of gear shifting Visual check of tightness of a transmissionLeakages of oil from a transmission are possible in the following places: – In a junction of a power shaft to a transmission. – About a masloslivny stopper. – About a stopper maslozalivny mountains - avalanches. For definition of a place of leakage of oil execute the following actions: – Clear a transmission case. – Possible places of leaks cover with a thin layer of chalk or talc. – Make a trial trip on distance about 30 kilometers. – Lift the car on lifting - a nik or over a viewing hole and by smudges of oil determine a place of leakage of oil. Eliminate leak and fill in oil in a transmission. In RKPP it is not necessary to change oil. 1 On transmission there is a stopper jellied mouths/measurements of oil which should be removed for check of level of oil. If the car is raised to provide access to this stopper, make sure that it is reliably fixed - do not climb under the car standing only on a jack!
2 For weakening of a carving stopper of a maslozalivny opening it is necessary to use a natural a face head. 3 Establish the car on the lift in horizontal situation.
5 Check oil level. Level of oil should be at the bottom edge of a carving opening. If necessary add oil through a maslonalivny opening. The type of oil is specified in the Section “Types of applied greasings and liquids” Specifications. 6 Screw up a stopper of a maslonalivny opening and tighten it the moment 50 N • m
8 Through some kilometers check, whether there are no leakages of liquid. 9 If you noticed that transmission demands a frequent dolivka, it can be only because of existence of leaks which it is necessary to reveal and eliminate before there will be serious troubles. |
