Interior mirror with automatic blackout

The interior mirror with automatic blackout is smoothly blacked out at a certain stream of light. It consists of a mirror element and the electronic device with two photosensors.

Work

The electronic control unit-1-via photosensors (2/3) registers light falling on a mirror in front and behind. If the stream of light is behind stronger, than in front, tension is put to a current-carrying covering-8-. The covering is between mirror glasses (4/6).


Enclosed tension changes color of an electrolytic layer-5-. The tension is higher, the mirror is more blacked out. Thereof reflection of a falling stream of light decreases. 7–Serebryanootrazhayushchy layer.

At backing inclusion the blacking-out effect is disconnected. It provides departure possibility from dark garage by means of an interior mirror.

 CHECK

1 Include ignition.

To include a backing does not follow.

2 Close or stick the photosensor on the forward party of a mirror.
3 Shine the photosensor on a reverse side of a mirror with a pocket small lamp. Through some short time the mirror should be blacked out Fotodatchik settles down above in the center behind a mirror.
