E46 series BMW 3

1 Suck away oil from the tank by means of the corresponding device or a usual shliyets.
2 Remove the bottom cover of an impellent compartment, address to the Section Removal and installation of the bottom cover of an impellent compartment.
3 Remove maple a belt, address to the Section Removal, installation and a tension of a maple belt.

Hit in hydrosystem of any pollution is not allowed. Open pipelines and hoses close jams or polyethylene, having fixed it a rubber plait.

4 Release a collar-1-and disconnect soaking-up hose.

5 Unscrew a cap nut and disconnect the pressure head line-2-.
6 Unscrew bolts of fastening-3-and disconnect a pulley keeping him from rotation for an internal shestigrannik-4-shaft of the pump a face key on 10 mm.

7 Unscrew from above two bolts of fastening-6-pumps of the hydraulic booster and remove the pump.-3-bolts of fastening of a pulley,-7-pulley.

8 Insert into place the pump of the hydraulic booster and fix it bolts.
9 Establish into place a pulley and fix it.
10 Fix the pressure head line a cap nut.
The inhaling moments depending on diameter of a carving following:

М10 - 12 N • m
М14 - 35 N • m
М16 - 40 N • m
11 Put on maple a belt, address to the Section Removal, installation and a tension of a maple belt.
12 Establish the bottom cover of an impellent compartment, address to the Section Removal and installation of the bottom cover of an impellent compartment.
13 Fill system with new oil and remove from system air.

Repeatedly it is not necessary to apply the liquid which was in the use.
