Removal and installation of steering draft

 REMOVAL

1 Mark paint the provision of a forward wheel concerning a nave. It will allow to establish an otbalansirovanny wheel in the former situation. Weaken bolts of fastening of a wheel at the car standing on the earth. Lift a forward part of the car and remove a wheel
2 Remove the bottom cover of an impellent compartment, address to the Section Removal and installation of the bottom cover of an impellent compartment.
3 Remove by means of a stripper the hinge of steering draft from a rotary fist, address to the Section Removal and installation of a tip of steering draft.

4 Weaken fastening of a collar and shift back a cover.

5 Move a gear lath as it is possible more deeply to exclude possible damage of a lath and its support.

6 Unscrew steering draft from a gear lath (the shooter on an illustration).


 INSTALLATION

7 Measure a gear lath. If new steering draft is established, screw it so that to provide the size which has been removed at measurement of old draft.
8 Tighten a tightening nut of a tip of steering draft the moment of 80 N • m.
9 If it is necessary, clear of greasing a pin of the hinge of steering draft, and also a seat in a rotary fist.
10 Check a cover and if necessary replace it.
11 Fix steering draft not to a gear lath the moment of 100 N • m.
12 Put on a cover and fix it a collar. Watch that the cover was not braided.
13 Insert a tip into a rotary fist. Screw a new being self-stopped nut on a pin of the hinge of steering draft and tighten the moment of 65 N • m.
14 Establish into place a wheel so that the markings put at removal, coincided. Previously grease with a thin layer of bearing greasing a seat of a disk of a wheel on a nave. Bolts of fastening of a wheel do not grease. Rusty bolts replace with the new. Fix a wheel bolts. Lower the car on wheels and tighten bolts cross-wise the moment of 100 N • m.
15 Establish the bottom cover of an impellent compartment, address to the Section Removal and installation of the bottom cover of an impellent compartment.
16 Check a track on HUNDRED, if necessary adjust.
