1 Remove directing brakes with a support, address to appropriate section. A brake hose do not disconnect. Otherwise after installation it is necessary to delete air from system.
2 Suspend on a wire a bracket directing a brake/support to a suspension bracket. Watch that the hose was not overwound.

3 Turn out the fastening screw (the shooter on an illustration) a face key on 5 mm.

4 Completely release the parking brake.
5 Remove a brake disk. If the disk does not act in film, displace back brake shoes of the parking brake, address to the Section Removal and installation of blocks of the parking brake.

For achievement of uniform braking from both parties both brake disks should have identical surfaces concerning quality and a roughness. Therefore surely it is necessary to replace or pierce both disks of one axis.

On HUNDRED it is possible to check a brake disk on palpation, admissible values are given in Specifications.

6 Measure thickness of a brake disk, address to the Section Measurement of thickness of a brake disk.
7 Clear new brake disks a nitrothinner of a protective film.
8 Establish a brake disk on a nave and turn so that openings under the fastening screw coincided. Tighten the screw a face key the moment of 16 N • m.
9 Establish into place directing brakes with a support, address to appropriate section.

If the brake hose was disconnected, fix it and remove from system air, address to the Section air Removal from brake system.

10 Adjust the parking brake, address to the Section Adjustment of the parking brake.
11 New brake disks it is necessary to earn extra carefully for three receptions.

First reception: five braking since speed of 50 km/h in strong pressing a brake pedal on the road where there is no traffic.
Second reception: Let's to brakes be cooled.
Third reception: 5 more braking since speed of 50 km/h.
