2 Press a pedal of a brake and keep it in such situation. For this purpose it is possible to insert wooden whetstone between a seat and a pedal. A seat for this purpose displace back and then again forward. Thus, possibility of an effluence of brake liquid is excluded from the tank after a detachment of hoses and hit in air system.

3 Disconnect the brake pipeline-1-, having unscrewed a cap nut-2-from a brake hose. Thus hold a brake hose-4-for the planes or for a shestigrannik-3-to exclude a provorachivaniye of a connecting element in a square.

Thus a quantity of brake liquid can flow out. Collect liquid in a bottle intended only for this purpose.

4 Disconnect a brake hose from a support.

5 Fix a brake hose at a support.
6 Establish forward wheels directly.
7 Fix a brake hose in the holder and connect the brake pipeline a cap nut. Thus hold a brake hose for the planes or a shestigrannik to exclude rotation of a connecting element in a square. Moment of an inhaling of 18 N • m.
8 Establish forward wheels so that the markings put at removal coincided. Previously grease with a thin layer bearing greasing a landing belt of a disk of a wheel on a nave. Bolts of fastening of a wheel do not grease. Rusty bolts replace. Fix wheels bolts.
9 After installation at the unloaded wheel check (the car is raised), whether the hose follows all movements of a wheel at its turn and whether it touches adjacent elements of a design.
10 Lower the car on wheels and tighten fastening bolts cross-wise the moment of 100 N • m.
11 Turn a steering wheel to the right and to the left against the stop and check on the car standing on wheels, whether the hose follows all movements of a wheel, without touching adjacent elements of a design.
12 Remove air from brake system.

— Whether brake hoses are fixed? — Whether the brake hose in the holder is fixed? — Whether unions for air removal are tightened? — Whether enough of brake liquid is filled in? — On the working engine check tightness. For this purpose press a brake pedal effort of 200-300 N (20-30 kg) during 10 pages. The pedal should not weaken. Check all accessions on tightness. Brake liquid should not pour out or jump out with a household waste at all. Local authorities inform drivers on places of its possible utilization.
