Replacement of additional resistors of the fan of a heater

The heater without the conditioner If the fan does not rotate only on one of speeds the reason, as a rule, lies in defect of the resistor. In this case it is necessary to replace a set of additional resistors.

At cars with konditsionerny automatic equipment additional resistors are absent. The number of turns of the electric motor is regulated directly by a monitor the conditioner.

REMOVAL

1 Uncover fan wheels. The order of removal is given in the Section Removal and installation of the fan of a heater.
2 Rasstykuytes I will corrode and unscrew the screw of fastening of additional resistors from the electric motor.

INSTALLATION

1 Fix additional resistors on the electric motor, join the socket.
2 Fix a cover of a wheel of the fan four screws. The description of the subsequent operations is provided in the Section Removal and installation of the fan of a heater.
