E46 series BMW 3

1 Remove an airmodular box in an impellent compartment, address to the Section Removal and installation of a box of an air inlet.

2 Unscrew bolts of fastening and remove a locking wall of a heater-1-from a wall of an impellent compartment-2-, having a little rejected it upward.

3 Remove zaslonka of fresh air-1-at the left and on the right for what reject the lever-2-up.

4 Disconnect clips-1-, turn out screws-2-and uncover-3-electric motors of the fan.

5 Turn out screws (arrows on an illustration) and uncover the fan.

6 Rasstykuytes I will corrode - 1-.

7 Open a bracket-2-and cast away it upward.
8 Models 320i, 323i, 328i: Remove the top cover of the engine, address to the Spark plug Section.
9 Disconnect and take out the fan-3-electric motor with a krylchatka forward. Thus the electric motor behind raise a little.

0 Insert the fan electric motor. Thus watch that the level of a back cover was fixed in a back window of the engine.
11 Lower brackets of fastening and fix.
12 Join the socket on the engine.
13 Fix the top cover five bolts.
14 Insert a cover of the electric motor of the fan and fix it from above. Press from below two brackets.

15 Connect zaslonka of fresh air at the left and on the right and fix them for what displace the lever down.

16 Connect a locking wall of a heater-1-two holders-2-below in a wall of an impellent compartment. Insert a cover both pins-3-into openings of-4-walls of a compartment and fix two screws-5-. On an accompanying illustration only the left half of a cover is shown.

17 Establish an airmodular box in an impellent compartment, address to the Section Removal and installation of a box of an air inlet.
18 Models 320i, 323i, 328i: Establish the top covers of the engine, address to the Spark plug Section.

19 Remove an airmodular box in an impellent compartment, address to the Section Removal and installation of a box of an air inlet.

20 Remove a locking wall of a heater.

21 Unscrew four bolts of fastening of a krylchatka of the fan and remove it.
22 Unscrew a bolt of fastening of a cover of the electric motor of the fan and remove it.
23 Rasstykuytes I will corrode.
24 Open a bracket of fastening of the electric motor and cast away up.
25 Models 320i, 323i, 328i: Remove the top covers of the engine, address to the Spark plug Section.
26 Take away forward the electric motor with a krylchatka and take out. Thus raise the electric motor back a little.

27 Establish the electric motor. Thus watch that the level of a back cover was fixed in a back window of the engine.
28 Cast away down a bracket and fix it.
29 Join the electric motor socket.
30 Establish a cover of the electric motor and fix a bolt.
31 Establish a cover of a wheel of the fan and fix four screws.

32 Establish a locking wall of a heater.

33 Establish an airmodular box in an impellent compartment, address to the Section Removal and installation of a box of an air inlet.
34 320i, 323i, 328i: Establish the top covers of the engine.
