Removal and installation of the control unit of the heater/conditioner
Conditioner

1 Remove a radio receiver, address to the Section Removal and radio receiver installation.
|
2 Take the control unit-1-through an aperture of a radio receiver and with force extend it. From above and from below the control unit fastens two brackets. |

3 From a reverse side расстыкуйте all shtekerny connections. For this purpose press a pad-1-and turn a bracket-2-on a corner 90 ° - In-. Thus, the tip is taken out from the directing. |
4 Remove the control unit. |

5 Check reliability of installation of brackets of fastening on the control unit. If necessary insert into place dropped-out brackets.
6 Join all shtekerny connections behind the control unit and fix them. When joining tips the bracket should be in situation - In-. As a result of bracket turn the tip is entered into the directing. Fix a lock bracket.
7 Insert the control unit into an aperture of an assembly frame, having at the same time pressed and having fixed.
8 Establish a radio receiver, address to the Section Removal and radio receiver installation. |

Heating without the conditioner
|

9 Remove a radio receiver, address to the Section Removal and radio receiver installation.
10 Remove all three regulators.
11 Turn out two screws under regulators of the fan of a heater and turn out the air distributor.
12 Hook a forward peak of the control unit and remove it.
13 Turn out four screws of fastening of an assembly frame.
14 Release control unit brackets at the left and on the right. Displace the control unit inside and remove an assembly frame.
15 Remove from a reverse side of the control unit the drive roller for what press fixing bracket.
16 Disconnect draft and take out it.
17 Rasstykuytes I will corrode the microswitch.
18 Take out the control unit.
19 Take out the microswitch for what unclench brackets and release the switch. |

20 Establish the microswitch so that the key showed up.
21 Insert the control unit into an aperture.
22 Join the socket.
24 Connect the drive roller a zaslonok of the air distributor and fix it.
25 Insert an assembly frame and fix it screws.
26 Fix the control unit.
27 Put into place a forward peak and fix it screws.
28 Put into place regulators, check reliability of their situation.
29 Establish a radio receiver, address to the Section Removal and radio receiver installation. |
