Check oil level/replacement in a reducer of the back bridge

At carrying out maintenance to change oil it is not required. Thus it is necessary to check tightness of a reducer only.

1 Before replacement of RKPP oil it should be heated-up to palm temperature for what pass on the car of 15 minutes.

Operation of lifting and car installation on supports is connected with danger! Therefore before carrying out operation familiarize with Poddomkrachivaniye's Section and towage

2 Establish the car horizontally on supports.

3 Turn out a stopper for an oil-1-flood a face key on 10 mm or on 12 mm. If an oil quantity, oil level in norm pours out, and the box is tight. Otherwise check a finger, whether reaches level of oil of the bottom edge of an opening.

In the presence of more considerable leakage of oil establish the reason and eliminate it.

4 Substitute under a reducer capacity. Turn out a drain stopper-2-and merge oil.

Points of sale of oil accept free of charge certain amount of the fulfilled oil. Therefore upon purchase of new oil keep the receipt and the canister for possibility of delivery of the fulfilled oil! Protect environment, at all do not pour out the fulfilled oil and do not delete it together with a household waste.

5 Stopper of a drain opening magnetic that the metal shaving which has got to a reducer was drawn to it. Wipe shaving from a stopper. After that tighten a stopper with new aluminum laying А22 x the 27th moment of 50 N • m.
6 Fill in oil in a reducer. The type and volume of oil is given in Specifications.

Oil for transmissions has high viscosity therefore it is not necessary to fill in too much oil at once. Wait some time and substitute capacity for collecting surplus of oil.

7 Tighten a mouth stopper with new aluminum laying А22 x 27 moment given in Specifications.
