Monitors - the main data Monitors as, for example, the speedometer or the index of a stock of fuel, are concentrated on a control panel. If any device failed, it is necessary to replace all block as it does not understand.
The block of the dashboard copes the microprocessor and has self-diagnostics system. If in elements of system there are malfunctions, in memory of malfunctions of a monitor the corresponding codes register. These codes can be deduced by means of the special BMW device. Besides, by means of the device the following functions can be adapted or corrected, for example: the index of a stock of fuel in a tank, the index of consumption of fuel, the index of intervals of service, the counter of the passable distance.
