Gas-discharge lamps of a passing beam (xenon lamps)

In comparison with halogen lamps of the main complete set of a headlight with gas-discharge lamps (xenon lamps) have brighter passing beam similar to a daylight. Gas-discharge lamps reach the full capacity through 3 with the ambassador of inclusion. At gas-discharge lamps the flask is filled with xenon gas, and light is created as a result of arch fire owing to the tension appendix between two electrodes. For creation of double force of light of a usual lamp in capacity of 55 W for a gas-discharge lamp the capacity of 35 W suffices.

Gas-discharge lamps have big service life. Their replacement if it in general is required, carried out in some years of operation.

At replacement of gas-discharge lamps (xenon lamps, the additional equipment) there is a danger to life owing to the unqualified address with an element of a high voltage of a lamp. Therefore lamp replacement here is not described.

The system of headlights with xenon light is equipped with dynamic adjustment of range of light which automatically reacts to change of loading of the car.

Dynamic adjustment of range of light of headlights with gas-discharge lamps

For an exception of blinding action on counter transport of a headlight are equipped with dynamic adjustment of range of light which automatically establishes range of light of headlights depending on various loading of the car.

Sensors on forward and back suspension brackets register each change of level of the car. The electronic monitor processes signals of sensors and via electric motors as appropriate regulates the provision of reflectors of headlights.

Manual adjustment of range of light is not provided. In the presence of malfunction in system of electric adjustment of a headlight are automatically established in the lowermost situation.
