Check, removal and installation of candles of an incandescence

Check conditions:

- Tension of the storage battery equally not less than 11.5 Century.
- The safety lock of candles of the incandescence, located in the block of safety locks behind a ware box on the right, is serviceable. The arrangement of the block of safety locks is specified Specifications to Head Onboard electric equipment.

REMOVAL AND CHECK

1 Remove the inlet pipeline, address to the Section Removal and installation of the inlet pipeline.
2 Glow plugs are between soaking-up channels in a head of cylinders. Rasstykuyte I will corrode incandescence candles. For this purpose it is necessary to compress clamps on tips.
3 Attach a diode control lamp to a positive pole of the storage battery (+) and put consistently to each glow plug.

The diode lights up: The glow plug is serviceable.
The diode does not light up: The glow plug is faulty, it is necessary to replace it.
4 Turn out glow plugs.

The key on 12 mm depth of 20 mm, for example, HAZET-4760-1 is for this purpose necessary.

INSTALLATION

5 Screw glow plugs and tighten them the moment of 20 N • m.

Do not exceed the specified moment of an inhaling, the ring gap between a core of an incandescence and a carving part otherwise increases. It leads to premature failure of a candle.

6 Attach electric wires and fix them.
7 Establish the inlet pipeline, address to the Section Removal and installation of the inlet pipeline.
