Removal and installation of the bearing of switching off of coupling

Noise in the bearing of switching off of coupling in the switched-off condition, that is at the pressed pedal of coupling, indicates damage to the bearing. At replacement of a conducted disk it is recommended to replace also considered bearing surely.

 REMOVAL

1 Remove RKPP, address to the Section Removal and RKPP installation.

2 Remove the bearing-1-from primary shaft of a box. Take out from a spring bracket-5-lever-4-and remove it.

- 1-and-2-designate adjacent surfaces of the bearing and the lever of switching off of coupling.

3 Check a hand the bearing. For this purpose slightly compress the bearing and повращайте it. It should rotate easily. Otherwise replace it.


 INSTALLATION

1 Clear the lever and slightly grease its surfaces of sliding - F-with ESSO UNRIX S2 greasing.

2 in the presence of damages replace a spring bracket-5-and a sharovy finger-6-.

3 Wipe directing plug-7-.

Do not grease directing plug, otherwise the bearing of switching off of coupling can jam on the directing plug.

4 Establish the lever with the bearing on primary shaft of RKPP and fix a spring bracket.

5 Clear sliding surfaces on the bearing of switching off of coupling. Do not wash out the bearing in gasoline. Surfaces-2-bearings of switching off of coupling should adjoin to surfaces - 3-levers.

6 Establish RKPP, address to the Section Removal and RKPP installation.
